My wife and I may be moving to Boston (or somewhere else) this next Summer and I want to get a feel for the real-estate market there (or real-estate in general)

What websites do you recommend?  Real-estate websites are a dime-a-dozen and I'm not interested in wasting a bunch of my time.

Bonus question:  If we end up in Boston, I would be working at Hanscom Air Force Base.  Where should we live and why?  I'd like to be ~15-20 minutes from Base.
