1. What is difference between a comment and an idea?

A comment is public and is meant to be for asking questions about the idea request. You never get credit for comments. Ideas may or may not be private at the discretion of the project creator, but they are the only way to win the prize.

2. Posts may be visible to the public. Is this correct?

Comments are visible to everyone, but ideas may be set to visible or invisible by the project creator.

3. What if I open a project & nobody answered?

With our robust user group this almost never happens, but if it does your idea request gets extended an extra 7 days.

4. What if I start a project, the stakes are high, the question/project is tough & I didn't find the perfect answer/idea?

You can email [email protected] and we can work on getting you a credit back for a portion of your prize money.

5. What if the initiator only reads everyone’s ideas and use it for his benefit & awards none claiming that he didn’t like any of idea?

Our TOS state that if an idea request is not awarded in 7 days from the end of it, Idea Offer admins will choose the best idea and award the prize money.

6. How do I cash out my money?

We currently only pay out via PayPal and you need to reach a balance of $10 before we cash out. Once you reach the $10 balance, you will find a "Cash Out" button in your "Finances" area. Click that button and we usually payout to your PayPal account within 1 business day.

7. Can an idea requester choose more than one winner?

Yes, a requester can choose as many as they would like and the prize will be split equally among all of the winners.
