Best way to start the day?
What do you consider the best way to get your day off to a good start? On a perfect day, I would feel happy, fulfilled, productive and motivated. What can I do to make me bounce out of bed with a positive and healthy attitude that lasts?
Another question: does how you spend the last few hours before bed really make a difference or not? I tend to work late and head straight to bed as my computer's shutting down.
While I don't suffer from insomnia much unless I'm very stressed, I don't awaken full of the joys of Spring either nor feel rested no matter how much sleep I get.
Any ideas on how to go about improving the morning routine would be appreciated.
