How can exercise be more fun?
I hate exercise almost as much as the dentist. I know I should do it and can't motivate myself. It's so boring and I'm so unfit I get tired very quickly. I also live in a small community without sports facilities nearby. That's my excuse for not doing more.
How can someone like me that's not exercised really since high school change this from a chore I would dread into a fun task?
