How to determine how many calories I need per day...
I have decided that I want to lose some weight. I am not fat, but I want to look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club!
I am having trouble determining my daily caloric intake to achieve this goal, though. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 160 pounds. I was thinking of consuming 2000 cals per day to start and go from there, but does anyone else have any better ideas?
