Best Alternative Excercise
Part of my new year's resolution is to get in better shape.
But candidly, I hate working out. I hate going to the gym. I hate lifting weights.
So I am looking for an alternative to the standard excercise program.
Any thoughts?
IF you hate the idea of "working out" find something you can do daily or several days a week that will help you get in better shape. Last year my goal was to get in better shape and loose weight. I used my Nintendo Wii to get some different activities and have fun playing video games at the same time. I got wii fit and used that and a couple of dance games to move to. Also try picking up a new sport. Golfing is fun and city courses are usually cheap and if you walk instead of riding in the cart it gets you walking a lot.

Try spin classes....they are always different, go by fast and most importantly youll tone your legs, abs, arms and burn lots of calories in a quick 45 min. class.
