This contest series has several rounds with each round ending when Idea Offer has a certain number of users.  Each round of the contest has its own contests and prizes.  The entire contest series ends when Idea Offer has reached 20,000 users and the grand prize winner will then be selected from all grand prize entries earned over the course of all the previous contest rounds.

Grand Prize drawing at 20,000 users:

Prize: One $50 winner.  There is no mystery grand prize entry awarded in this contest.

Description: Create a YouTube video that positively mentions IdeaOffer and if your video has the highest number of legitimate views you will win.

How to Enter:

1. Create a YouTube video which positively mentions IdeaOffer.
2. Post the video on YouTube.

Rules:

1. You must be the creator of the YouTube video to win.
2. All views must be legitimate.  If management holds any of your views suspect of being fake your entry will be disqualified.
3. The video must mention IdeaOffer in a positive way.
4. You may enter multiple videos, but the views are not cumulative.  Each video’s view count is a separate entry.

Winner Selection:

1. When IdeaOffer has 2,000 users the contest will end and the project will be closed.
2. Each valid entry will be reviewed and the video found to have the most legitimate views will be announced as the winner.

Prize: One $100 winner.  The winner will also receive an entry for the mystery grand prize.

Description: The first user to refer 100 legitimate and active users will win $100.

Rules:

1. Do NOT spam!  Your account will be terminated without referral payment.  See CAN-SPAM.
2. All 100 users must be legitimate active users.  If, at management’s discretion, some of the referrals are found to be inactive or fake during review the referrals will be disqualified and the entrant’s account may also be suspended for violation of the TOS.
3. If the entrant has earned other rewards for the referrals under IdeaOffer’s referral program it does not necessarily mean the referrals will be found legitimate and active when reviewed for this contest.
4. Active users include those who log in, participate in the community, etc.

Winner Selection:

1. The first user to refer 100 legitimate active users will be notified that they have won after management has reviewed their referrals.
2. If management determines there is some problem with the first user’s referrals, the contest will continue on to the next potential winner.
