Terms of Service

1. IdeaOffer.com is an open forum for the discussion of ideas. Idea Offer encourages all viewers and participants to compensate all ideas that may be of use, but Idea Offer is not responsible for the compensation of idea submission. Be aware that by adding an idea to the site you agree and understand that it may directly or indirectly inspire, influence, or be entirely utilized by any party reading the discussion at any time, be they the intended party or not, with or without any compensation to you regardless of the idea's usefulness. If you wish to retain control over an idea or if you object to the free use of your idea by any party you should not submit such an idea on the site.

2. A user is only allowed to have one (1) account. Violation of having more than one account is ground for account cancellation and forfeiture of all money earned.

3. Use of vulgar, inflammatory, or profane language or imagery is grounds for account suspension or termination.

4. Coupons may not be abused. No payouts will be approved which do not reflect idea selection and proportional site participation. Some coupons are sign up bonuses only and compose a class of coupon from which only one may be utilized per account.

5. Approval or disapproval of payouts is at the sole discretion of Idea Offer management. Any payout request determined to include abuse of any of the site's systems will not be approved.

6. Do not create projects with the intention of attracting affiliate sign ups or which include affiliate links.

7. Each user is solely responsible for their own due diligence when visiting, reviewing, or responding to any project.

8. These terms of service can be changed at the sole discretion of management of Idea Offer or Wasabi Ventures, LLC.
