What kind of consumer are you?
There is an old saying in the sales world, "I can give you any two items on this list: the best product, the best service, or the best price. Pick which two of these that you want."
Sales people do this to force people to not negotiate on price.
But this got me to thinking, which one of these would you eliminate?
As a 15 year career salesperson, if this is the way a salesperson is selling, the won't be in business for long. If you are not providing all 3, then you will lose. But to answer the question sometimes products can fail and are out of your control. If you are selling soley price then you will also lose. If people like, trust and believe you. And you have built a solid relationship then the question becomes irrelevent.
