Best way to make a contribution to a Haiti fund?

Which organization or fund would you choose to contribute to to ensure your money gets to where you want it to, the Haitian people, and not into the pockets of a scammer?

I would like to make a donation, and have no religious affiliation, so don't want to send it to a church fund. I want to be sure that there won't be a large percentage taken out of it for administration purposes or whatever either.

Please share which group or organization you would suggest as being trustworthy enough to use and why. Ideally I would like to donate via Paypal as well because I hate using a credit card online, but it's not a deal breaker if I can't use that option.
