Best Investment in 2011
I am starting to think about the place that will be the best investment vehicle in 2011.
Which of these is the best spot for money in 2011?
Investing in anything other than real estate right now is risky. Although the real estate crisis is still happening, the up-side is that it will end and investing in residential real estate through the purchase of foreclosures ensures a safe return. You must choose the market carefully and negotiate to the bottom dollar, but choose homes in areas centered around technology and health care, the two things always growing. Steer clear of commercial real estate unless the deal is really sweet and you can flip it quickly.

With a fixed amount of money, invest 1/10th each in a penny stock with potential such as in Mining, Energy, and High Tech. If any 1 on those 10 hits it big, you are likely to make money.

Obama visiting India. Americans will have plenty of opps and new jobs will be created. I think my idea is upto it.
