Answering your questions in the order asked:

1. The visual arrangement seems good for the info you provide. I would remove the blogspot website navigation bar at the top.

2.Strongly linked to the site your are affiliated with.

3.First article title seems to have nothing to do with the rest of that particular post. ("Advertising job search tips".) Articles seem well written and relevant to the topic of the site.

4.Additional graphics/color would help add visual appeal. Something as subtle as the Google ad in the lower right hand column. It has color and a simple graphic to catch the reader's eye.

I like the premise of this website in that it attempts to find the true interests and abilities of the person looking for work. This seems different from many of the "Work at home" websites I've seen.

The site may benefit greatly from ratings and reviews by people who have done some of these data entry jobs, etc. Prove to people that these job offerings are vastly different than those deemed as "scams". Maybe include statements from people who have made money on your website.

Also, all of the links under the section: "Jobs Home Dot Com Link List" lead to the same Ken Out Source page. I think it would be a good idea to have each job-type link to an article within the Ken Out Source website which applies to that type of job.

The scrolling names of recent members, in the future, could also show comments regarding their success with your website. Testimonials to this sites worthiness.

This is an interesting and relevant site. I'm on an iPod touch, so I might not be viewing it properly, but I would add a lot more color. Also, I'd create an actual blog post about how to identify scams. E.g. how do I know your company isn't one? Have them read about it on this blog before clicking through to find out.

Yep, and if it's possible, change titles... from "Online Home Jobs Dot com: 9 Important Advertising Job Search Tips You Don't Know" to something like "9 Important Advertising Job Search Tips You Don't Know | Online Home Jobs Dot com". Little better for seo.

Few things:

1. Why don't you want people to post comments? Can't find the way to do this.

2. Don't much like that ad sections between paragraphs. You can cover them with boxes, or at least make them floating (float: right is better. So visitors will not break their reading).

3. That links to same page with different keywords (Jobs Home Dot Com Link List at sidebar) can give you seo penalties. Be careful with this thing.
