"Fire in the Belly"
Guest blogger Connor Boyack wrote an interesting piece for "The Entrepreneurs Blog" about keeping the entrepreneurial spirit alive even when working a standard 9-5 job.
Do you agree with him that such a thing is possible? How does one cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit even when they're not technically in charge of their work?
More imporantly, how do employers make employees feel as though they have enough control in their day-to-day work that they take a proper interest in it?
It's important to give employees tasks that they can accomplish, if you give them easy tasks they will get bored. You will want to challenge them. If they don't like to be challenged, then they arent the right employee for you.
