I went to this department store looking for a very specific shoe, yet I did not know the name. So when I came in the store and went to the shoe department, a sales consultant immediately came up to help me. I began to describe to her the product I wanted and with her in-depth knowledge of the products in her department she knew exactly what I was looking for. She went to the back to get the shoe in my size yet they no longer had my size in stock. I had a look of disappointment and she said wait right there. Moments later she brought out a shoe that looked similar to the one I wanted just in a better color and much more comfortable to walk in. I think it was the best customer service because she went above and beyond and she focused on me not getting her commission. She made me feel like more than just a customer.
