You are best off telling something you are interested in, like a hobby you enjoy, to impart some of your enthusiasm. A lot of what is great in a speech is your own enthusiasm, i think.

What about the recent decline of/internal threats to Muslim governments? There are several countries in which big things have happened and more may follow. There's a lot to say in terms of the reasons, but it's fairly easy to give an overview of the topic with a few details for each country.

choose a topic that will capture the attention of almost anyone e.g. a speech about ways to detect that someone's lying; or a speech about persuasion techniques; or about optical illusions.

i think u should do it on the topic about the modern world......or effect of technology in modern world.......

When I did mine a few years ago I did it on cheesecake. I discussed the history of cheesecake (you'd be surprised what you can find online regarding this), the various styles of cheesecake (crusts, toppings, bake, no-bake), then I made a no-bake cheesecake and passed out samples of a pre-made one along with the recipe. I'd be happy to give you my recipe :-)
