The Thoroughbred Racing Industry
The thoroughbred racing industry has been in the news a lot recently:

What do you think about this? Any opinion at all? How would you solve the problems faced by the thoroughbred racing industry?
Horse racing has been slowly dying the last few years, and it's really a shame. In NYC OTB is about to go under. The government has been saving them for years. It's really hard to believe an OTB could lose money, but NYC OTB is doing a good job of it! The other OTB's in NY are all making money. It seems that if the right people ran horse racing, it could become profitable.
