Getting to the Gym
I want to start getting to the gym more regularly, but now that I am not in school and don't have to be around a gym each and every day I find it diffucult to make time.
What are your secrets for getting to the gym regularly? What makes it easier?
Right now I am just trying to go at least a few times a week, but once the new year hits, my goal is to be on a dedicated workout/diet schedule. How can I get ready for this now?
Taking favorite exercise classes also helps get you there.
and if not possible u r doing fine but u should go for jogging atleast and also do pushups

Also, Keep a poster of a person whose body you admire the most. This will definitely help you motivate yourself to be fit and strong and hit the gym frequently.
For me, it does sometimes take some extra motivation! I selected a gym that is close to my office but far from my home so that I will be motivated to go after work and bypass the traffic on my commute home. This ensures that I have less stress from not having to sit in traffic, and from exercising because I feel better about myself.
I try to exercise between 3-5 times per week. I also take a couple of group classes each week and I put them into my Outlook calendar with reminders. This also helps out a bunch!
