Teens and Gift Card Usage
Despite a recent retail survey showing a boom in gift cards, but frequently they do not use the gift cards they are given. Have even heard of a black market - you can buy a gift card at half the face value from another teen because they'd simply rather have the cash and couldn't be bothered to go to the store and figure out how to use it up.
What are your experiences with gift cards and teen usage (or non-usage as might be the case)?
