It's great to make New Year's Resolutions! Here's my suggested list of 5:
1. Create fitness goals & keep a journal
2. Do 1 nice thing each week for someone
3. Call your loved ones once a week
4. Give yourself some "me" time "You deserve it!"
5. Donate to a charity or volunteer
Don't start it on the new year because you'll probably stop by March. Do it on a more special day like a few days after your birthday.
Smile and say a greeting to neighbors on the street
Get onto YouTube. Pick out a few favorite music videos and turn it into an exercise list, that you participate in at least once a week.
If your really out of shape just do something simple like pumping your hands over your head while to song plays. If you want, make a game out of it to last through the entire song.

3. Eat more vegetables
4. Exercise
